Sun Dried Tomato Dip

Sun Dried Tomato Dip Serves: 4


  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 2 oz whipping cream
  • 1 oz parmesan
  • 1 8.5 oz bottle Bella Sun Luci Bruschetta
  • 2 oz Bella Sun Luci ready to eat zesty pepper sun dried tomatoes
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional, for a spicy kick: 1/16-1/8 tsp red pepper flakes


  • Julienne two of the basil leaves and set aside with 1 oz of the zesty pepper sun dried tomatoes.
  • Combine the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Place in a serving bowl and top with the basil and zesty pepper julienne.
