Pesto Penne Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 8 Oz Box Penne Pasta
  • ½ Cup Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes In Pure
  • Olive Oil & Herbs ~ Drained And Chopped
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Basil
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Romano Cheese
  • ½ Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Pine Nuts
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt And Pepper

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to directions.
  • Drain pasta.
  • Add sun dried tomatoes and pesto sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly and chill overnight.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  • To make Pesto Sauce: In blender puree basil, olive oil, parmesan cheese and pine nuts.
