We are aware of the health benefits of tomatoes so we try to use them as often as possible in a variety of home-made soups and pasta dishes such as baked ziti, lasagna, and spaghetti & meatballs; I even use them in my brown rice/lentil/spinach stew! I love knowing that I am creating healthy and delicious food for the family!

My family loves tomatoes. We eat them all the time. They are so good for you too. I make a meal out of chicken, pasta, diced tomatoes, salsa and parmesan cheese. I bake it in a casserole dish. It’s so yummy. I use tomatoes whenever I can and I keep my pantry stocked with all kinds of tomatoes.

Tonight I topped fettuccine alfredo with sun dried tomatoes and roasted red peppers. Extra taste, extra vegs and beautiful colour.

I like to make an olive oil, tomatoes, onions, garlic, veggies, Parmesan, and a dash of red pepper—toss with whole grain pasta.

I love making my own tomato sauce. Much quicker, cheaper, and more delicious than jarred!

We prefer to make pizzas at home from scratch than to order out. It’s a fun thing to do when you have kids. My granddaughter gets really creative with her toppings. Sundried tomatoes really add flavor to a pizza.

I LOVE your sundried tomatoes!! I create a gluten free pasta dish that is to die for. I make it for me and my husband every week, and we get excited!!

I pan saute onion, mushrooms, broccoli till tender. Then add chopped up roma tomatoes, chicken breasts, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper and the secret ingredient CAYENNE, along with your sundried tomatoes! Everything mingles on low heat, I pour in a little heavy cream, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, let sit and turn off heat.

Then I scoop up the goodness and put it on the gluten free spaghetti, top with shredded sharp cheddar, half an avocado sliced and drizzle with olive oil. HEAVEN I TELL YOU!!!

I would lovvvve to win this!!
Much love and thanks for creating a product I’m passionate about!

We make all our food from scratch. Pizza is one of our favorite, with Bella’s sun dried tomatoes, capers, feta cheese and basil. I even reduce the tomato sauce with garlic, fennel and spices for the pizza.

I decided to follow my doctor’s instructions and begin to eat healthier. My first step was to begin each day by eating a healthy breakfast.  Only problem was, I have never been fond of breakfast and breakfast foods in general.  BUT I am very fond of your sun-dried tomatoes that I use in my lunch and dinner meals so I decided to attempt to incorporate them in my breakfast meals. It worked out well.  I use the julienne cut tomatoes in my scrambled egg whites and they are yum. I also stir them into my grits and talk about delicious! It’s not a combo that may not sound right…but boy does it taste right! I like to stir the julienne cut tomatoes with basil into my cream cheese before spreading it on toast or an english muffin. Some days I skip the cream cheese but never the tomatoes! I am a few pounds lighter and feeling great.I never skip breakfast anymore and have actually come to enjoy it, thanks to your products!
